Scaffold Double coupler is used for connecting two 48.3mm / 60.3mm tubes or Scaffold Tube and Standard at right angles. It is available in either pressed or drop forged versions.
The drop forging scaffold couplers have two kinds of Right Angle type and Swivel type, which are used to fix two scaffold pipes, and the general specification diameter is 48.3mm. The swivel type can connect two pipes at any angle, featuring two bolts controlling opening and fixing. It provides easy replacement of bolts, high quality galvanized surface treatment, and is forged with Q235 strong steel. It is easy to use, fixed firmly, ensuring a stable system and a clean construction site.
The connection between the forging coupler and the main beam/auxiliary beam of the scaffold is fixed securely by the hook and locking device, making it highly suitable for large-span engineering construction.
The forging coupler is easy to assemble and disassemble and can be reused multiple times, significantly reducing construction costs and improving operation efficiency.
