One Touch Rebar Coupler

One-touch rebar coupler (also known as one-click / thread-free quick-insert coupler) is a welding-free, thread-free and tool-free mechanical rebar splicing sleeve. It adopts a built-in high-strength elastic self-locking ring to achieve locking upon insertion, enabling the connection of one steel bar to be completed in just 3-10 seconds.

Working Principle

  • The sleeve is internally fitted with an elastic self-locking ring (steel / nylon material).
  • The rebar can be inserted directly without thread rolling or screwing. It pushes open the self-locking ring, which then rebounds and clamps into the transverse ribs of the rebar.
  • It forms a dual self-locking effect of mechanical engagement and friction force, ensuring no loosening under vibration and load.
  • The tensile strength of the joint is no less than that of the rebar base material. In case of failure, the rebar breaks first while the joint remains intact.
