One Touch Rebar Coupler
One-touch rebar coupler (also known as one-click / thread-free quick-insert coupler) is a welding-free, thread-free and tool-free mechanical rebar splicing sleeve. It adopts a built-in high-strength elastic self-locking ring to achieve locking upon insertion, enabling the connection of one steel bar to be completed in just 3-10 seconds.
Working Principle
Internal Structure: The sleeve is internally fitted with an elastic self-locking ring made of premium steel or nylon material.
Thread-Free Splicing: The rebar can be inserted directly without thread rolling or screwing. It pushes open the self-locking ring, which then rebounds and clamps securely into the transverse ribs of the rebar.
Dual Self-Locking: It forms a dual self-locking effect of mechanical engagement and friction force, ensuring no loosening under intense vibration and heavy load.
High Tensile Strength: The tensile strength of the joint is no less than that of the rebar base material. In case of structural failure, the rebar itself breaks first while the joint remains fully intact.
